Lovely books Jennie. I don't have a BIA and have not been able to convince myself I would get mileage out of one but looking at your results I am beginning to re-think might have to put one on my wishlist.

Have just had a peak at your blog and the stand your husband made for you is really good. A lot nicer than the one offered by Zutter. The wallet book is such a good idea too and I love the cover on yours - says it all I feel.

Janet - I found my little BIA has really paid for itself. I have made numerous books, especially for presents and now you can buy cardboard covers which fit over the "binders" which you can decorate and looks very professional. My husband's music is also nicely bound!

Thanks Jennie - it looks rather complicated to use which I think is one of the things that put me off - I understand that a more user friendly one was lauched at the latest CHA in America but I haven't seen any information on the various sites yet.

Oh please Maggie, post a link, do. I access the forum in odd moments at work and it can be a bit of fag having to look up blogs, especially when the persons formum name and blog title differ.

Yes it is difficult finding blogs - I normally give a link in my post indicating an update.

If I like a blog I right click on it and save it on my desktop then drag it into a folder, so when I'm having a cup of coffee I can "browse" the blogs!

I can really recommend the BIA Janet, it really isn't difficult to use at all. The BIA site have a number of vidoes which explain how to use it, which you might find useful. I am not aware of any other alternative, so that will be interesting.
